Pledge Drive Volunteers Needed

Phone Volunteers Needed for our Fall 2019 Pledge Drive

Wed, Oct 16th to Fri, Oct 25th

As a non-profit, we rely on the financial support of our listeners' pledges AND on the volunteers who answer the phones to take those pledges. Thanks to you we've been broadcasting strong since 1990. KZFR is proud to be celebrating 29 years of bringing you, our listeners, unique music, public affairs and youth programs you won't find on commercial media. We are people powered radio!

Your volunteer time will help keep community radio strong in northern California. Each phone shift is 2hrs and staffed by two volunteers. There will be a KZFR programmer, board member or staff person present to assist the phone volunteers, as needed.

If you'd like to volunteer, please, email an inquiry to our volunteer coordinator: [email protected]

*Please, be aware that  legible handwriting and attention to detail is needed.

Work for a local non-profit? For each 2hr shift your non-profit group covers, you'll get to do a 3 minute live interview to speak about your group's mission, needs, events etc. Ask Leah for details.
